Salary Bands

<aside> 💡

Open Org Guidance; You have a chance here if you want to to share actual salary bands for your business. Some companies do. But not all. What do they mean, how can people read and understand where they sit in a band. etc. Employees often will wonder why they are placed on a certain part of a band, and you can help them understand that here.
