Companies doing great things publicly on Comp: π‘ Buffer have a salary calculator on their site which includes a formula for how they work out salaries π‘ Checkly also have a pay calculator on their public handbook, giving extra depth to their openness on salary π‘ Sourcegraph talk in real depth on their handbook about how they may pay decisions across a number of things including new hires π‘ Juro are a great example of a business who have publicly shared how they calculate salaries , but also talk about their compensation review process too. π‘ Posthog have a great page on Comp π‘ Whereby are very thorough with their public approach to compensation
