Team strengths summary (Nov 2021)

As such, we have a dedicated time in the week that is free from partner work for Learning & Development.

Wednesday morning (UK) / afternoon (India & Pakistan) is dedicated Learning & Development time for the whole team

By having everyone available at the same time, we will be able to get together more as a team, learn from each other and get to know each other better and also give a really simple message to partners that we are unavailable at that time

What about Onboarding time for new joiners

All new joiners will receive additional “onboarding” time in their first six weeks to recognise that there is a lot to learn in a brand new role, especially when learning the business models and financial processes of not just Quantico but of multiple partners as well.

The table below shows additional onboarding time that new joiners will have, in addition to the dedicated L&D time.
