We like that they use this opportunity to help employees understand what a manager at Posthog does do, and doesn’t do. Gitlab- Leadership at Gitlab 🔗 ****Page here As you’d expect from Gitlab, really thorough, but they breakdown different leadership roles in the business and expectations of each, including ‘leadership of one’ e.g. everyone is a leader and here’s what we expect of you. Definitely worth a read over!
**Airbyte- Management** 🔗 Page here Well worth a look! They break down expectations and principles of leaders & managers in the business. Different style to Gitlab above, much shorter, more informal. But could be a good read!
