What is a people manager?

Anyone who has at least one direct report in our org chart. People managers are codified as MN (a.k.a. central / ”middle” manager) or EX (executive / leader) in our Progression framework.

All MNs come together as a community in the monthly ‣, all EXs come together as a team in recurring ExCo meetings (‣).

Why do people managers exist at Juro?

Delivering results …as defined in the masterplan / roadmaps / OKRs
Creating clarity …on what is expected through ongoing performance conversations
Generating energy …through day-to-day enablement and long-term career development
