🌈 Why did we build this?

****This was built to support the fantastic NFP Radical Recruit who help those from disadvantaged backgrounds find work in the business world.

🙇 Who is this for?

First time VP People or just started in a new organisation and getting your bearings? We got you. Over a 24 hour live stream in support of Radical Recruit, we built a handbook template on Notion for you, so that when you’re starting from scratch you don’t have to start from nothing.

🔧 How to use this template: Each handbook page contains a handy starter kit for you to build upon:

“Why” Why have a policy or process like this?
“What” What to use this template for, what should it include, what should you think about?
”How” Operating principles you need to keep in mind as you build your own
”Expert Ideas”: Some thoughts, comments, and ideas you may want to consider, as shared by the experts on this panel. Make notes as you discuss it in the live pod.
“Further reading and inspiration”: Any additional reading, inspirational templates, or further thoughts someone may want to consider when building this policy or handbook section
